**The condos we rent are privately owned condos within the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. It is not part of their inventory and does not receive typical hotel services like room service and daily housekeeping**
The Marco Beach Ocean Resort is located next to the Marriott and Hilton Hotels. All three feature fine dining, shops and water sport rentals. Within walking distance are several more restaurants, shops and an eat-in movie theater. Fine dining at Sale e Pepe, The Saletta for breakfast & lunch. The terrace for casual dining. Toulouse Lounge, poolside bar, beachfront Bar & Grill, Resort shops. Fitness Room and Spa located on the 4th floor. Heated Pool and Hot Tub located on the 5th floor. Wi-Fi access anywhere in the hotel/condo. Includes free, self-parking. No Hotel Services are offered. 1. No valet or luggage carts. 2. No laundry facilities on site. 3. Maid service is available for a fee arranged through our office. 4. Fitness room is available 6. Spa services are available for a fee. 7. Tennis Courts are at the Marriott Hotel and the hotel charges a fee for tennis court use. 8. Beach chairs and beach towels in the unit to be used only for this unit. 9. Next to the hotel boardwalk there is a business there that rents beach chairs and umbrellas if you do not want to take the ones from the condo. 10. All towels and sheets that are left in the unit are for your use and can be left for the cleaner to wash. 11. No Room Service or newspaper left outside your door.
April 22nd - December 15th 2017 From: $1100.00/wk. + $130.00 booking & exit cleaning fees + 10% tax.
December 15th - April 14th 2018 From: $1900.00/wk. + $130.00 booking & exit cleaning fees + 10% tax.
**Exit clean will fluctuate for an extended stay.

However; There will be no refunds for days these amenities were not working
