The pool area is 1500 square feet and is screened in. There is a fence between the undercover lanai area and the pool area. This is very helpful when trying to keep children and pets away from the pool area. All of the 7 sliding glass doors also have additional locks for safety. The heated pool is 30' x 13' and there are lounge chairs and another smaller dining area by the pool. The back yard has fencing on the property lines and a large dock. The boat lift will handle 16K and is available if requested at the time of booking. We have 5 minute direct access to Marco River which makes this a boaters paradise.
